The Lady SonBlazers finished the weekend with two wins and two hard-fought losses against strong 5A programs at the LCHS scrimmage. More important than the final scores was the way our girls competed on the court.
They worked together, encouraged one another, and showed perseverance even when faced with adversity on and off the court. These qualities define the character of our volleyball program and the spirit of Blazer athletics.
Coach's Comments
"It was great to get on the court again to scrimmage before our season-opener. We saw some really great moments where we competed with top level teams, and the girls continue improve week by week. We are looking forward to finally getting into some technical training now that season has officially begun, and encourage everyone at MVCS to come support at our first home game on the 25th!"
