The SonBlazers golf team got their season off to an impressive start, tying for 1st place at the Mayfield Season Opener held at Picacho Hills Country Club. With strong individual performances and solid team play, the squad demonstrated the skill and dedication that define our athletics program.
Outstanding Individual Performances
Cade Horton led the way with a first-place finish overall, showcasing the competitive excellence we expect from our Blazers. Nolan Jensen also contributed significantly to the team's success, placing 3rd overall and helping secure the tie for the team championship. These performances set a high standard for the rest of the season.
Welcoming New Talent
In addition to the boys' strong showing, Baylee represented the school well in her first high school tournament. Her participation and effort demonstrate the growing depth of our golf program and the commitment of our student-athletes to compete at the highest level, regardless of experience level.
